K & D Engineering, Inc., is a consulting, civil engineering, surveying, construction management, and land planning firm that performs work in the areas of municipal and private engineering, property boundary surveying, construction management/ contract administration and inspection, and land planning. The firm was established in 1972 and during our years of service, the company has maintained its principal office in Albany, Oregon.

K & D Engineering, Inc., provides street, sanitary, water, storm water, and structural engineering services for clients who are involved in development and improvement of property and existing facilities. These services have been provided in a wide range of professional capacities from providing specific personnel for a scheduled contract time; performing engineering and surveying services only; providing a complete array of project planning, surveying, design, and construction management; to the cooperative blending of our staff with the client's staff to jointly complete a project.

The professional staff has extensive education, technical training, and numerous years of experience in planning, surveying, designing, and constructing public works and private projects throughout Oregon. K & D Engineering Inc.’s, professional employees hold engineering and/or surveying registrations in three states. All drafting design work is performed on computers utilizing the most current releases of Autodesk software.
